Festival Biker Cap Rave Captain's Hat Handmade in Vancouver

Festival Hat, Captains Hat, Muir Cap, Breton Cap, Mariner's Cap, Paperboy hat, Biker Hat, BDSM Cap... Call it what you will, this hat can be worn in so many different styles!  

And super shiny with highly reflective holographic sparkles!

It took me about 6 months to get these hats right!  I roughly used a pre-designed pattern, but I had to adapt the shape to make it my own style.  I had to get the right structure and stiffnesses of fabric and interfacing (each part of the hat is a different stiffness to give it the final shape), as well as the right structure for inside of the brim.  And then I found this holographic sparkles waterproof lightweight fabric, and the rest is history!
